The Discovery Place Extended Day Program is open year-round, Monday through Friday. The building is closed for the following major holidays each year: 

  • Up to two days in observance of the New Year

  • President's Day (Closed for Teacher In-service)

  • Memorial Day

  • Labor Day

  • Independence Day

  • Up to three days at Thanksgiving

  • Up to three days at Christmas

Tuition is not reduced for these holidays.

In addition, the building will be closed one day in May and two days in August for building maintenance. 

Tuition will not be charged for these days.
